J. Brooke Hern​

Chief Executive Officer

Brooke’s experience with Salesforce projects began nearly a decade ago while serving as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary to Pierry, Inc., as it became a full-scale international digital marketing company. As Pierry developed and grew, Brooke took on the roles of Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice President for New Business and Operations. A key advisor to the CEO, Brooke led Pierry’s legal affairs and provided extensive leadership in Pierry’s operations, finance, strategic planning, marketing, and business development. Following a successful Series-A financing round in 2016 (in which shares were purchased by Salesforce, itself), Pierry was acquired by Wunderman Thompson in 2017. During the following five years, Brooke continued to serve as a key leader in Pierry’s ongoing growth and development as a highly successful Salesforce Partner, providing services to major corporations including Uber, Hulu, Roku, Stub Hub, TD Bank, Ticketmaster, Live Nation, T-Mobile, Spyder, Volkswagen, Danone, Dollar Bank, Mazda, Ebay, Ikea, Nintendo, Petco, Hickory Farms, LifeLock, Vonage, Pabst, Guess, Sonos, and many, many more. Now, as CEO of Aileronz, Brooke leads a team of highly experienced and successful Salesforce-Certified professionals.

Brooke earned a B.A. in Political Science from American University in Washington, D.C., and a Juris Doctorate, Cum Laude, Order of the Coif, from Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law. In his free time, Brooke enjoys travel, golf, tennis, billiards, and guitar.

Tim Meistas

Chief Talent Officer

Tim has a deep history with Salesforce rooted in enlisting the most talented and experienced Salesforce Certified professionals.  Starting in 2016, Tim successfully recruited from the agency side, working for a Salesforce Certified Staffing Partner.  From there, he continued to build his career with Pierry, Inc., a Platinum Salesforce Partner.  During his tenure at Pierry, Tim grew the company’s internal recruitment and staffing division, recruiting highly talented Salesforce professionals for multi-cloud, heavy data projects for such major clients as Uber, Hulu, Stub Hub, TD Bank, Live Nation, T-Mobile, Acura, Volkswagen, Mazda, Ikea, Nintendo, Sonos and many, many more.

After Pierry was acquired by Wunderman Thompson in 2017, Tim built out the company’s Staff Augmentation practice. This division supported internal Wunderman Thompson Sister Agencies and, significantly, grew Wunderman Thompson’s “Salesforce Professional Services” into a top 30 account for North America.  During the past 8 years, Tim has built a solid record of recruiting the very best talent to perform Salesforce implementation services, data migration, system integration, and training for multiple Salesforce Cloud products, with expertise spanning across many aspects of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud implementations, and working for clients of all sizes (enterprise, mid-market, SMB) in a variety of key verticals (retail, financial services, health and life sciences, high technology, healthcare, and more).  Tim now serves as the Chief Talent Officer of Aileronz and provides top Salesforce talent to clients worldwide.

Tim earned a B.A. in English with a concentration on Linguistics from San Francisco State University in San Francisco, CA, Cum Laude. In his free time, Tim enjoys golf, travel, live music and a pint at the local San Diego Breweries.

Evan Light

Chief Product Officer

Evan has worked in software and technology for over 20 years with a focus on product and development. Throughout this time, he has been part of both startups, agencies, and enterprise teams responsible for building software/web based products and client/partner relationships to the result of four successful startup acquisitions. In his most recent experience, he has managed both agency model development teams, agile development and product teams, and offshore teams. The core of his responsibilities have been developing product requirements and best practices for his team, developing training plans, daily evaluation of the team’s project allocation, and overall responsibility for the team’s development efforts. Some of the client projects Evan has contributed on include: US Army, Mercedes Benz, Apple, Hulu, TD Bank, Mazda, Volkswagen, Beam Suntory, Pernod Ricard, Pfizer, Jack Links, Peter Millar, Microsoft, Intel, Yum Brands, and McDonalds.

Evan is a graduate of Boston College (B.S.) class of 2007. He enjoys traveling, live music, and exploring the complexities of fine tequila.
